Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your Hasselblad account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a formal return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original Hasselblad box, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials, to ensure the equipment remains calibrated and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the parcel and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
